New Orleans Public Belt 0-6-0 number 15 was photographed at the railroad's engine terminal six month's after it had been authorized for retirement on 5 April 1950. It was a Baldwin class C-5577, built as serial number 42353 in September 1915 and purchased by the NOPB for $12,500. (approximate day of photo)
