Description:
BN 6454 was delivered to GN as #424 in 1968. Returned to Lessor in December 1983 then sold to Chicago & North Western as its #6573. Got rebuilt as a SD40M-2 and passed to SP as #8653. When SP merged with UP, it became UP 2729. Retired by UP it passed to NREX as NREX 2729 then got sold to WAMX as 4237. Exact date and location of this Al Chione shot are unknown.
