Robert Richardson General The correct name for this location is "AY", this goes back to when the RF&P still used interlocking towers all along it's line, and used telegraphic codes to communicate back and forth between the different locations, and with the dispatcher. 7/16/2007 9:16:55 AM
bill davis General absolutely correct...one of the towers was in the empty area between the signals..kind of behind it. There was also one around the curve on the left where the old hermitage road yard and acca met up-if memory sorves me correct. 7/16/2007 9:33:05 AM
