| The 1533 was built for the Southern Pacific as SW1500 #2618 at LaGrange in 1972, one of 240 delivered to SP & subsidiary Cotton Belt. A total of 12 orders built between 1967 & 1973 to replace worn out Baldwin, Alco & Fairbanks Morse power. This EMD became Union Pacific Y1190 in 2001 then was sold to the Larry's Truck gang (date?). REG leased then purchased the endcab in 2019 for the IAMR: |
