PRR 4367, EFP-15, c. 1966         
Mann. Here is a photo showing (R to L) Pennsylvania Railroad engines #4367 and #4353. Both are EFP-15's built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #4367 was constructed as number "9867" in August of 1952 and renumbered "4367" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger, while #4353 was built as number "9853" in June of the same year and renumbered "4353" in preparation for the merger. The photographer's name, the date, and the location are not recorded. (Gift from Brad Mann.)
