TUGX 23019
An SD50 with many identities sits coupled to a cut of cars on the connection track between the Blacklands Railroad and the former Tugco/Luminant Monticello line. The number boards read 2301 (23019 with the 9 removed). The letters ROAR are on the long hood. The cab displays 23019 with a Luminant logo. Under the paint on the cab can be seen the outlines of its former Union Pacific number 5079. And behind the dynamic brake grill on the hood is the number 19. Not sure if ROAR is supposed to be reporting marks or if this engine ever was officially TUGX 23019. Winfield, Texas - 12-1-2019 - C.M.Palmieri photo.
