This was a pretty intense storm cell that blew through the area this day, very cool clouds and high winds. Here BNSF 6274 eases into Old Monroe, Mo. on the BNSF Hannibal Sub. in the lead of a UCEX coal load as a very wicked looking shelf cloud pushes through the area. The train actually stopped a few hundred feet from this location and then proceeded south just in time to nab some photos. |
