Dave Howarth Jr.	General	Judging by the time of day and the railways in view behind the 9460, this job looks pretty to be the Neenah-Hilbert-Chilton and return. There is a facility in Chilton that does see a number of tankers and tankers to/from east of Hilbert don't number very high. CN 9460
CN local fouls De Pere St. (the current street signs have been lazily bastardized to Depere St.) as it services Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) via former SOO rails on 28 May '14. Given the number of cars, I suspect the local was returning from Manitowoc.
