This is the Mississippi Delta Railroad at Swan Lake, MS not far from CN. Nothing is going on this evening along the weed choked right of way. The 803 is a former Columbus & Greenville Railway CF7 and it's still marked for it, no MSDR marks anywhere on the unit. The MSDR operates on an as needed basis.
