Ted Brumberg	General	This was built in April 1957 as GN #688, 1 of 12 units (#688-#699) built in Order #5487, serials #22468-#22479; the #688 is serial #22468. Dynamic brakes were added in 1959, and these units became BN #1761-#1772; the #688 as #1761.
