| TP 109 is the former Midland Valley 153. Built as a GP7 in 1953, it was involved in a collision at Bokoshe OK and rebuilt by EMD as a GP9M while retaining its original number (MV 153) and a new builders number. It eventually become TP 109 within the Missouri Pacific system. Not long after this picture was taken it was renumbered 1696 and survived until 1979.
