Title:
CGW 10 - Chicago Great Western
Description:
Built by Alco-Dickson in August of 1907 was caught by photographer Basil W. Koob sitting idle in the Dodge, IA, yard. Originally built for Swift & Co, it was then sold to St Paul Bridge & Terminal as their #10. In 1934, Chicago Great Western purchased it for switcher duties out west. It met its fate when it was sold for scrap to Hyman-Michaels Co in December, 1948.
