CRIP 4-8-4 #5007 was built by Alco-Schenectady in August of 1929. The loco served in both freight and passenger service, especially after a rebuld in the late 1930's gave it 74" drivers. It lasted in service until being sold for scrap in December of 1952 after nearly 23 years of service. Specs - 69" drivers, impressive 250 psi boiler pressure, 26x32" cylinders, engine weight of 434,000 lb and tractive effort of 66,620 lb.
