Album Info:So right after the westbound Empire Builder went by one evening, there was a horn, and here came another Amtrak engine, bound for the east! Only, none of the coaches were your typical Amtrak coaches - they were all private cars! Not sure what the occasion was, or where it was headed, but here's this mysterious train! Update: After searching the numbers, it looks like a lot of these coaches are associated with the Friends of the 261 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. No steam engine pulling this trip, but that may be who the riders are.

Description:  I believe PPCX 801401 is former RBBX 63011: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/rspicture.aspx?id=7672 . Both this and 63007 were being stored in Minneapolis together until recently. Though the coach appears to have been altered a bit, the windows/doors are in approximately the same position. A couple lights are missing from the roof, but it looks like new panels have been placed over where those would have been.
